TechniQuip Introduces FlightDeck Operating System

Flight Deck

Customization, Control and Consistency for Next-Gen Semiconductor Inspection

TechniQuip, designers and builders of precision OEM illumination for applications in semiconductor, life sciences, and medical devices, announces today the introduction of the FlightDeck™, the operating system that empowers new levels of control and consistency for semiconductor inspection applications.

Designed to meet the most exacting specifications of next-generation semiconductor manufacturing, FlightDeck web GUI offers:

  • Programmable control: Pre-determine pulse patterns, intensity control, and limits
  • Customer-proprietary customization: Exacting wavelength, brightness and dimming controls to match your system requirements
  • Field calibration: Ensure every run is consistent with the first. Overcome optical power drop over time by resetting to default.
  • Safety monitoring and predictive maintenance: Thermal monitoring, fan monitoring, and automated fault detection. Calibrate to adjust for environmental operating changes.
  • Plug-and-play firmware, with easy updates and configurations.
  • Pulse mode: Build and execute a pulse pattern with no external hardware.
  • Traceability: Web application allows for archivable data collection, run after run.

TechniQuip’s FlightDeck operating system allows for easy setup and integration of TechniQuip’s solid state light sources, including Talon and HelioLux.

Together with Talon, FlightDeck is purpose-built to meet the needs of semiconductor inspection OEMs, empowering machine vision, and microscopy-based systems, including darkfield and brightfield.

FlightDeck offers new levels of customization, fully automated radiometric and photopic linear response, and in-field calibration for consistent performance.
